I have received your letter dated 25 October 2021 and I would like you to put me on your list of NOT accepting the derisory offer. As a dedicated shareholder the idea is to make a profit rather than sneaky directors take their massive cut via a takeover.
I wish I had seen this a month ago, I have already reluctantly agreed to sell (having paid 88.5 years ago for some of the shares) having been told of the difficulty in trading shares if they become delisted. I believed I was just about the only shareholder against the offer and not to vote for the takeover was just going to end in problems. Can I withdraw the offer to sell?
Regards
